Overview
The Agent Platform puts an AI agent, the agent, on your mission data. It reviews each new run, finds moments across runs, checks for known failures, and answers in the app, Slack and Jira

Building robots that work in the field is hard engineering. Around it sits a lot of busy work: find the right log, find the moment, line up runs, write it up for someone else. The Agent Platform gives that work to one AI agent, the agent. Where Mesh Storage is the data lake (files, replay, SQL, MCP), the Agent Platform turns those recordings into missions, reports, scenarios and answers.
What the agent does for you:
- Reviews each new run. Report automations (recurring reports) write a report on each new mission, with the checks your team sets once.
- Answers questions about your runs. Ask in plain language. The agent runs SQL and Python on the data and answers with the charts, events and mission times it used.
- Finds a moment across runs. Describe what happened, and it finds the matching logs, images or signals, then opens Replay at the moment.
- Checks for known failures. Describe a failure once as a scenario. Alloy checks your missions from the past 7 days by default (up to 90 days) and each new one for it.
- Works where your team works. The same agent is in the dashboard, in Slack and on Jira tickets. It can read the systems around the robot when you connect them, such as GitHub, Grafana, ClickHouse and Confluence.
If your organisation has the Agent Platform, you see Missions, Reports and Scenarios in the sidebar, and the agent chat panel on the right edge of the screen.
Self-serve sign-up gives you Mesh Storage. Alloy engineers switch on the Agent Platform with you during onboarding. If you don't see Missions in your sidebar, contact the Alloy team. New Agent Platform workspaces start with a sample mission, and new members get a guided first conversation.
