Jira
Investigate every ticket as it lands
The agent reads each new ticket, checks the robot's data and your related tickets, and posts what it found on the issue.
Setup: you connect Jira. Alloy sets up the first pass on new tickets with you.
What to use it for
- Take the first pass on each new ticket, with a summary and evidence.
- Link a new ticket to earlier tickets with the same cause.
- Send escalations to engineers with the context they would ask for.
- Ask about your tickets from the Alloy app or Slack.
Example
Fictional example.
Ask: INS-2318: "QD-14 aborted its north stairwell route yesterday. Third time this month."
Agent: The abort is at 15:42:08 on the fourth step: the knee joints hit their torque limit with the battery at 18%. INS-2207 and INS-2261 show the same abort, both below 25% battery. Your triage guide calls this protective behaviour: P4, route to Operations to reorder the patrol. [Moment linked]
