Integrations

Custom integrations

Not on the list? We'll build it with you

Alloy's forward-deployed engineers connect the agent to your custom robot APIs and in-house tools. An investigation then does not stop at the edge of the integrations list.

Setup: Alloy builds and connects it with you.

What to use it for

  • A robot or fleet API. Read logs, configuration and status for the robots in scope.
  • An in-house dashboard or data service. Read the numbers your team already checks by hand.
  • A fleet backend. Bring in evidence that lives only in your own systems, such as machine configuration.

Example

Fictional example.

Ask: With the fleet-management service connected: "LD-17 stopped short of the tipping point three times this morning. What is different about LD-17?"

Agent: Its approach stop distance is 0.35 m; the other loaders use 0.05 m. The value changed on LD-17 yesterday at 16:20. [The three stops linked]

How to use it

  • Talk to us. Tell us about the system and one recent issue where the data would have helped.
  • Agree the scope. Give us a credential scoped to what the agent may read.
  • We build and switch it on. We test it against one robot first.
  • Ask as usual. Name the robot, the time and what you saw, in the app, in Slack or on a Jira ticket.
