Confluence

Follow your own triage guides and runbooks

The agent follows your own triage guides and runbooks. It searches and reads your Confluence pages while it investigates, and links the page it used.

Setup: you connect Confluence.

What to use it for

  • Apply your triage guides to the robot's data during an investigation.
  • Help new staff work through the same steps your senior engineer would.
  • Check missions against the limits on a test plan page.
  • Summarise a runbook for a new operator.

Example

Fictional example.

Ask: "Unit HX-09 showed error E-412 twice on the night shift. What do I do?"

Agent: Following "Drive faults: E-4xx triage" (linked): E-412 is motor over-current, and above 38 A for more than 2 s the motor is suspect. The left drive peaked at 41 A for 2.6 s and 39 A for 2.2 s. The same motor was replaced in June. Next step: follow the guide's motor check.

How to use it

  • You connect your Confluence site in Alloy, under Integrations.
  • An Atlassian site admin usually installs the Alloy for Confluence app, for mentions and replies.
  • Name the spaces or pages to trust in the integration context or in a role's instructions.
  • Mention @Alloy or /alloy in a page comment to ask about that page.
