Agent Platform

Fix it in code with your coding agent

Bring the agent's findings and the robot data into Claude Code, Codex or Cursor while you change the code.

Connect your coding agent to Alloy over MCP. It reads the missions, the findings and the data behind each chart, so it works from the evidence while it changes your code.

When to use it

  • You found the cause in Alloy and now need to fix the code.
  • You want your coding agent to check its change against real runs.
  • You want the fix written back to Alloy, linked to the missions.

How to do it

  1. Connect once. For Claude Code: claude mcp add alloy --transport http https://aus.usealloy.ai/mcp, then run /mcp and sign in. Other clients are on MCP.
  2. Add the Alloy rules snippet to your AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md.
  3. Ask your coding agent to pull the finding and the data, then make the change.
  4. Ask it to write a report back to Alloy with the cause, the fix and the commit link.

Example

Fictional example.

In Claude Code: "Read Alloy's investigation of QP-07 and the contact data behind its plots. Then fix the step-edge check on this branch, and write a report back to Alloy."

Your coding agent reads the finding, makes the change, and links its report to the QP-07 missions. A scenario then shows whether the slips stop.

Tips

  • A person still decides the fix and merges it.
  • Ask your coding agent to compare against the last good run on the previous build.
