Get a report on every new mission

Set up a recurring report once, and each new run gets a first review without anyone asking.

Describe the review your team does by hand today. The agent then runs it on each new mission, or on a schedule, and adds the report to your Reports page.

When to use it

  • Your team checks every test run or field run the same way.
  • You want a weekly summary of the fleet without writing it yourself.
  • Runs pile up faster than anyone can look at them.

How to do it

  1. Go to Reports and click Manage next to the recurring reports summary.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Set the Trigger: New mission, or Calendar cadence for a daily, weekly or fortnightly report.
  4. Click Configure with agent and describe what the report should check.
  5. Read the first few reports and refine them in the chat.

You can also just ask the agent: "Every time a new mission arrives, check battery health and flag anything unusual."

Example

Fictional example.

A drone team flies a test campaign overnight. It asks for a report on each new flight: battery sag in climb, GPS quality, and any failsafe events. Nobody stays up. By morning, each of the night's 6 flights has a report. Two are flagged: both used pack B-07, and both show a 0.4 V larger sag in climb. [Replay links]

Tips

  • Write the checks your team already does. Start with three or four, not twenty.
  • Ask for a short summary at the top, so the team can skim.
  • Pause a recurring report from Manage when a test campaign ends.
